Our Supplier Management comprises the analysis, evaluation and optimization of customer-supplier-relationships and is based on objective and performance-oriented criteria such as costs, technology, logistics and quality.

The goal is to reduce complexity and increase efficiency of customer-supplier-relationships as well as to proactively monitor (procurement-) markets and introduce a targeted risk management system for procurement processes.
